Richard has over 15 years experience in senior management roles in financial services (Suncorp Commercial Banking), commodity trading (GM Namoi Cotton), rural services and distribution (State GM Qld/NT Landmark). Richard has directly managed over 420 staff across 45 operational sites with gross revenue exceeding $1 billion (including sales value of real estate and livestock). Richard has a core capability in managing diverse portfolios of operational sites. |

Abré de Villiers - Managing Director & CEO
Abré has practised as a Consulting Engineer for 15 years as Director, Senior Partner and Head of the Mechanical Department of a multi-national Consulting Engineering Group. He then co-founded a Hospital Development & Management Company and over a period of 5 years developed 17 private hospitals and associated facilities in Southern Africa. As MD of this Group with over 3,500 employees he listed it on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 1996 and negotiated a merger in 1998 where the combined group became the biggest Private Health Provider in South Africa. He founded a number of companies and served as Chairman and MD for Groups in the Motor Retail Industry, Restaurants and Game Reserves, as well as providing consulting services in the Engineering and Medical fields in Africa, Europe, UK and various other countries around the world. In 2004 he relocated to Brisbane where he developed and managed a chain of medical centres and associated services as well as commercial property developments. He currently holds board positions of various companies in Australia and South Africa. Abré is a Registered Professional Engineer in South Africa and holds degrees from the University of Stellenbosch in Mechanical and Marine Engineering. |

Colin Vianello - Executive Director
Colin has over 30 years experience in senior management roles spanning the globe, including board positions of various large companies in Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and South Africa. Colin founded Indevco Business Consultants in 1983, which listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 2006. Colin remained Chairman of the listed entity until 2007 at which time he founded Indevco Group Holdings on the Gold Coast, Australia, specialising in venture capital and private equity investments. Colin currently holds board positions of numerous public and privately owned companies in Australia. |

Justin Vianello - Company Secretary & CFO
Justin's professional career has been spent with such organizations as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Indevco Business Consultants and Forex Management Specialists. Justin gained significant experience in leading audit teams and providing corporate advisory services during his seven years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Australia, South Africa and the United States. Following his tenure with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Justin was a director of Forex Management Specialist, a company specialising in foreign exchange risk management. Recently Justin has been providing corporate advisory services to public and private companies in Queensland, including Quantum BioEnergy Limited, JWA, Heat Wheat International and Shade Span Industries. Justin is a Chartered Accountant registered in both South Africa and Australia, and completed his executive MBA through Bond University. |

Dr Nick Harris - Legal Counsel
Nick is a corporate lawyer with more than 30 years experience in commercial transactions as a specialist corporate counsel, concentrating on mergers, acquisitions and divestments, and corporate and financial restructuring. He has advised, and served on, private and public company boards, led stock exchange listing teams, and prepared relevant project documentation (business plans, prospectuses, information memoranda, target and bidder statements, etc), and he has experience in cross-border transactions. Nick is a graduate in law, economics, finance and banking, and a member of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association and FinSIA (Australia). |

Nathanael von Muralt - Senior Engineer
Nathanael is an experienced Chemical Engineer offering a broad array of skills developed through global exposure across mining, processing, food, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries. His key skills include project management, commissioning, standards compliance, PLC Programming, product & documentation development, and 2D/3D Design. He also has significant commissioning experience with a variety of instrumentation/automation systems on 17 projects in 9 countries. Nathanael has degrees from James Cook University and the University of Queensland. |
